Accessing the Testnet
Accessing the Testnet
The Settlus Testnet is the ideal environment for users and developers to explore the blockchain, test transactions, and deploy applications without incurring real costs. Follow the steps below to connect to the Settlus Testnet.
Step 1: Set Up a Wallet
To interact with the Settlus Testnet, you need an Ethereum-compatible wallet. We recommend MetaMask.

Switch to Testnet Mode:
Enable viewing of test networks in MetaMask by navigating to Settings > Advanced > Show test networks.
Step 2: Add the Settlus Testnet Network
Manually configure MetaMask to connect to the Settlus Testnet by adding the following network details:
Network Name: Settlus Testnet
Chain ID:
5373
Currency Symbol: ETH
Block Explorer URL: https://settlus-sepolia-testnet.explorer.alchemy.com/
To add this network:
Open MetaMask.
Go to Settings > Networks > Add a Network.

Step 4: Start Interacting with the Testnet
Once your wallet is set up and funded, you can:
Send and receive test transactions.
Deploy and test smart contracts.
Interact with decentralized applications (dApps) built on Settlus.
Troubleshooting
Network Issues: If you encounter connectivity issues, double-check the RPC URL and Chain ID.
